Visit Our Studio
In-office treatments are available at our riverfront studio in historic Cuyahoga Falls. We offer a child-friendly treatment room, private accessible bathroom, and a charming view of the river! With a beautiful calming environment, we welcome you to come see it for yourself!
For pediatric and newborn treatments, we schedule an extra 30 minutes as a grace period after your appointment - at absolutely no extra cost. This means that we can take breaks during your session and still get your full hands on time no matter what your sneaky little one throws your way. (And we know just how sneaky they can be.) For more information about what to expect during a pediatric session, click here.
Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Element Wellness provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.
feel like staying in?
Start thinking of a few places in your home where treatment would be ideal. When your therapist arrives, they can help you create a functional and relaxing treatment space, and answer any further questions you may have.
Your practitioner will arrive at your door with all of the mandatory supplies to perform your treatment. In many cases, this includes a standard massage table. Pull out two flat sheets, a pillowcase, and two pillows for your massage or craniosacral session. Although ordinarily, we love to bring all the supplies we are taking extra precautions since the pandemic, for the safety of our staff and clients.

What can I expect from a Craniosacral Therapy session?
A CST session is similar to massage therapy, except you stay fully clothed.
The treatment session begins with a consultation with your trained therapist to identify troubled areas. Ambient music and low lighting are used to help facilitate a state of rest.
The therapist uses gentle pressure techniques to assess the existence of possible disruptions and/or restrictions in your fascial system. Light touch and fascial release may help your muscles and organs naturally relieve stress, which improves function. Other patients often report feeling a sense of deep relaxation.
WHAT DO I WEAR DURING MY TREATMENT?
Craniosacral therapy is performed while you're fully clothed, so you'll want to make sure you are wearing something that you feel comfortable in. Loose-fitting clothing or even soft yoga pants and a comfy tee are great options.
can my teen attend their session alone?
Legally, minors 14-15 are required to have a parent or guardian in the room. Clients who are 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for check-in. Identification may be required.
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONCERNS?
If you have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other physical aliments or disabilities, please consult with your healthcare practitioner, and notify us when booking.
WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?
While there are a few techniques that should be avoided, CST is one of many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed during your pregnancy. Please notify us if you are pregnant, and consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to beginning treatment.
Is craniosacral therapy (CST) covered by insurance?
Currently, we do not bill insurance, and full payment is due at the time of service. Itemized receipts for insurance reimbursement are available upon request.
Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted).
Pre-payment online is recommend for efficiency.
what is the cancellation policy?
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of the world, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment.
If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.
