At our practice, each client is the leader of their own wellness journey.

Intake sessions are centered around individual healthcare goals and treatment expectations, as well as in depth medical history and physical assessment to ensure appropriate, customized care.

Initial visits should be at least 60 minutes to allow ample time for intake and hands-on treatment. After that, session lengths vary based on your need or preference.

Please fill out and submit the intake form online. If you are unable to do this, please download, print and bring it with you to your session. We will discuss your health history, goals and reasons for seeking manual therapy. 

Treatment typically begins with the client on a massage table, fully clothed, or draped for modesty. The practitioner will apply gentle pressure in affected areas – usually the hips, shoulders or neck -  to feel which tissues need to be addressed, and treat accordingly. Some clients may experience mild discomfort; most find myofascial release and manual therapy to be relaxing forms of treatment.

Please wear or bring appropriate clothing to receive treatment in, such as: sports bra/ tank, gym shorts/leggings, or however you are most comfortable. These sessions frequently involve movement and stretching. Keep in mind that clients shall remain fully clothed for manual therapy sessions, or undressed and draped for myofascial massage sessions (if preferred.)

Treatment plans vary as each person’s body reacts differently to manual therapy. Many clients achieve complete or significant reduction of symptoms  in as few as three one-hour sessions. A longer regimen could be recommended for more complex situations.

Self care stretching is highly recommended to maintain results and retain the body to ensure long-lasting relief.

We're committed to keeping our clients healthy - by utilizing virtual intake forms and payment processing, thoroughly sanitizing common surface areas before and after each session, utilizing HEPA-approved air filtration systems, and requiring masks and temperature checks of everyone entering the office - in addition to all other state and local guidelines.


Full payment is due at the time of service. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted). Pre-payment online is recommended to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We do not accept gratuities.
We do not bill insurance.


Kindly give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Full payment will be expected for missed appointments without adequate notice.

Late Arrivals: Please give a courtesy call if you know you will be arriving late to your appointment. The session will be tailored around the remaining time allotted.

*Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
